This project reimagines a traditional Cape Cod aesthetic for an active modern family, balancing timeless design with everyday functionality. The home’s refined interior transitions effortlessly into a sequence of outdoor living spaces—including layered terraces, a spa, swimming pool, and a cozy cabana anchored by a fire pit. These elements cascade down to a generous lawn, inviting everything from croquet and badminton to casual afternoons in the sun.

Framed in Pennsylvania Bluestone, the garden is enriched with fragrant, seasonal plantings like Daphne, Oriental Lily, Dwarf Sweet Box, and white Hydrangea. The result is a landscape with a relaxed coastal spirit—thoughtfully crafted for connection, recreation, and year-round enjoyment.
